Job Description

  • Build strong relationship with assigned clients and serve as the lead point of contact.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements in accordance with Isaiah’s pricing guidelines (quotations, contracts, invoices, NDA, and vendor registration documents).
  • Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
  • Oversee responsible clients, including responding to clients’ requests, arranging conference calls and on-site meetings, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. 
  • Arrange business trips for business development and customer service purpose.
  • Regularly update product sample, sales reports, product line, customer profile for sales results and forecasts. 
  • Collaborate with research team and Isaiah’s industry and sales consultants to support overall business growth.
  • Participate in assigned projects necessary to support overall business development. 
  • Gather market and industry information.
  • Support with knowledge management building (meeting minutes, data input, content creation).

Related Working Experience and Education and Skills

  • Bachelor or graduate degree in liberal arts or business.
  • Proficiency in English writing and speaking.
  • Good communication and active listening skills. 
  • Accountable and organized.
  • Strong attention to details and self-motivated to learn and grow professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel charting and graphing.  
  • Related experience in the field of semiconductor, smartphone, camera, display, and XR is a plus.
  • Experience in business intelligence, marketing, market/industry /financial research, and/or a related analytical role is a plus.

Future Development  

  • Collaborate with industry clients and help build relationships with institutional clients and prospects.
  • Participate in workshops and conferences in key market segments to enhance Isaiah’s exposure to new business opportunities.
  • Exposure to various aspects of the semiconductor or smart device sector and the opportunity to expand your analyzing skill set.
