Your Interview Journey
Skill Interview
You will be assessed for the technical expertise the applied role requires and we expect you to capitalize your strength and capabilities. For research related roles, you are tested for your research, analytical, and presentation skills; while for business development related roles, business knowledge and communication skills is key. We value your thinking process and approach to solving problems rather than "getting it right".
Behavioral Interview
This is the time for you to showcase your charisma and personality. We look forward to learning about your background, experiences, aspirations and why you believe you are eligible for the applied role. You will learn more about our working culture and core values to evaluate whether we are a good fit. The most important tip— just be your best, authentic self.
