You agree not to use the Site or AI Outputs for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to generating misleading information, infringing content, or violating applicable regulations.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • (a) your User Inputs;
  • (b) your use of the Site or AI Outputs;
  • (c) your violation of these Terms; or
  • (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. The Company does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. THE SITE AND AI-GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
