Job Description

Research   

• Conduct in-depth research on semiconductor industry trends, including market dynamics, supply chains, materials, equipment, technological advancements, and company-specific information.
• Perform a wide range of information gathering, analysis, and reporting activities, delivering insights on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. 

• Provide presentations and client support based on Isaiah’s research reports, ensuring clarity and business relevance.
• Support the build-up of Isaiah’s Knowledge Management system by systematically inputting, organizing, and maintaining research data to enhance accessibility and long-term usability.
• Expand Isaiah’s research capabilities through participating in product and project development initiatives.

Field Connection

• Build and expand Isaiah’s network with industry contacts, consultants, institutional clients, and prospects to ensure consistent access to market insights, business opportunities, or research collaboration.
• Attend key industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to grow Isaiah’s professional network.

Business Development  

• Identify potential business customers and support Isaiah in driving new business opportunities.  

• Support PR activities to increase company exposure.  

Knowledge and Skills 

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and technical reports to synthesize key insights.
• Strong analytical skills: collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to details and ability to maintain accuracy in data processing and reporting.
• Fully fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a must; Japanese or Korean is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint and Excel charting/graphing).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills: ability to listen, persuade, and present ideas effectively.
• Problem-solving skills: ability to generate alternative interventions, solutions, and execute improvements.
• Logical thinking skills: ability to justify strategies, actions, and decisions based on gathered facts.
